Jarenlange ervaring

Gunter (1962) begon met het spelen op de bugle, op 10-jarige leeftijd, bij de fanfare (de beste manier om een instrument te leren spelen!) In 1976 koos hij voor een carriére als basketballer (met succes, hij speelde een aantal jaren in de top van het Nederlandse basketball). In 1990 pakte hij de muziek weer op en speelde trompet bij de partyband Les Kingo Star (Carribean and African dancemusic). In 1993 kocht hij een tenorsax en leerde zichzelf spelen. Sindsdien is hij actief op diverse podia, in diverse bands en in diverse muziekstijlen.
